The song describes a woman finally recognizes this guy. She wants to stop this relationship with this guy, even though she loves him so much. When she recalls the old things about the love, she is entangled with herself. This emotion mixes the love and the hate. She hates herself for loving him and she still loves him. It likes a paradox. But she wants to leave and leave everything about this guy. It is a conflict in her heart and let her make a decision to quit this love.

ReplyDeleteThe main idea of the song shows us a woman who lost her lover and that make her disappointed and despairing. In the video, the woman is sitting in the house, which was belonged to them.But now there is nothing existing except air and memory. Additional, There are lots of cup of water maybe means the day they spent together.The broken dishes represent the woman's broken heart.During the time they loved each other, they often dance together and now she has to dance alone.

I think the song tells a story about a girl see her lover clearly. She give lots of love but she gains hurts of heard. She should have had it all but her lover

The song Rolling in the deep means she looves him so much that she can not absorb. Pitifully, most people are bearing heavy burdens when they are in love. She put all her attention in the relationship, but he played it, that made her so sad. Thats why this song called Rolling in the deep and that is why there are so many sad action in the music video such as the broken glasses.

ReplyDeleteThe song "Rolling in the deep" shows the woman's love to her lover. She loved him so much but her lover betrayed her and left her alone. The woman was so angry and depress about her lover. She loved him so much but he cheated on her and broke her heart. The woman thought they can be a good couple and have a happy future but her lover let her down. She was crazy about their love and happiness. She couldn't love and believe him anymore so now she gonna give up their love and throw her memory about him away. The name of the song called "Rolling in the deep" is because the woman loved her lover so much but she got deep hurt from her lover so she was very angry and depress. -Christina

ReplyDeleteUpon reflection, I am sure this is a complicated love story. I can understood about the general means of story. As she suffered the failure of love. She is very grieved that her husband cheated her love. She recalled before memory that was very happy. But now she decided to go to forget and to eliminate the memory. She still cannot forget pain.
In my opinion this song is very successful rendering out the background of this story. This song's creation and orchestration is very perfect, it is a very good songs!

I think this song tells Adele and this dude were involved and he played with her mind and her emotions.. giving her the impression that he was into her seriously which is why she says "We coulda had it all".. meaning the potential for a great relationship was displayed and there but he simply didn't want that outcome..
